Customizing and Migrating Products for Customers, focusing on sales operations, revenue, inventory management, tax...
Main responsibilities: BrSE
-With the Team Leader, join online meetings with the Customer to gather requests, information, and estimate when the project is starting.
-Have a daily meeting with the Team Manager (Japan side) about progress.
-Support the Team Leader in making decisions about problems in development.
-During development project:
+In Backlog QA, manage task statuses, and communicate progress with the Customer.
+Update WBS file, work report, support team members with business, testing, code review.
-About 1 time/week, have an online meeting with the Customer to report progress, discuss any problems, or plan for the future.
-About 1 time/month, make a report about man-hours, bug numbers, and a plan for improvement to show the Customer.
Using: Visual Basic(.NET Framework, Winforms), Oracle Database; ActiveReports.NET, Spread Library.
